Our objective is to find out what your vision for your home or business looks like and then to help you discover the different options available to bring you to that result. First and foremost is our commitment to quality in all aspects of our work and integrity in our personal relationship to you our customer.

Options and customizations are our specialty. Often there are different paths to that end which vary in the cost of the material and labor needed. Work performed was excellent. The job ran a bit behind, was estimated to be a five-week job, but ran over several weeks. The crew were excellent and work was performed in a very professional manner.

They remodeled my bathroom, replacing a combo tub and shower with a walk-in shower. The tile work and glass door were beautifully done. They also replaced my front door, redoing the masonry because the size changed. You could not even tell the brick work was replaced when they completed their work.

Karl is not only incredibly talented and super clean, he and his team are by far the most professional, kind, prompt and just plain nice people you will ever work with. I was introduced to Karl and Integral Construction Solutions LLC about 5 yers ago to add a picture window in one of my houses. The workmanship was flawless. Since then I have used him for front door replacement and most recently a small kitchen remodel. Each and every time his work honestly takes my breath away. I will not use any other contractor for any home work or additions other than Karl and his team! If there was a “10 star option” Karl would be a 15!

Windows and Doors

We specialize in providing interior doors and exterior entry door options and replacement windows. Because this is a major part of any home for visual appeal and energy efficiency, we have become very knowledgeable in the right application for your home. We also provide storefront services for business applications and commercial entry and office doors.

Sourcing

We will help you by directing you to the specific supplier resources you may need to be able to make informed choices as to what products you will use on your project. These suppliers have different price points to consider. If you so choose, we will do this work for you as well.

Design

We as a company will have many suggestions in layout and wall changes based on your floor plan ideas. Often, homeowners will want a more open design concept in an older home, and we are well able to advise you on the best way to convert that space. We can help you with contacts for designing the interior or exterior space you are focusing on. Some design work is free of charge when working with some suppliers or you may want to hire a professional that will be more complete in their design.

Architectural and Engineering

With new additions and with some structural changes, we work with architects and structural engineers to supply plans to the city for their review to obtain a building permit. We can initiate contact with an architectural and/or engineering firm to help you design your addition.
