Children’s Center – Dallas, TX

This project consisted of converting and renovating an education wing of an existing church to a tenant rented pre-school facility with office and supply room areas. We removed walls from several smaller unused rooms and framed in new class room areas.  We also repaired and renovated existing classrooms and created new restrooms and upgraded ADA compliant features to existing code. New security measures were put in place including restricted entry doors with pass code card readers.  All new cabinets were custom built and installed throughout the school.  New ceiling and flooring was installed where needed and existing was also renovated. New commercial classroom doors, fire doors, and some new windows were installed as well.
