- Coordination with specialized sub-contractors if needed for your needs.
- Value Engineering to have solutions to keep you within your budget.
- Plans reviewed and modified or approved.
- A Detailed Construction Estimate and Proposal for you to consider.
- A Detailed Contract to be submitted to the Owner for Approval.
- A Progressive Project Payment Schedule will be submitted for approval.
Construction – Getting It Done
- City Permits will be obtained.
- A Schedule will be developed with Subs and provided to Owner.
- Project management through all phases for quality control.
- Progressive clean-up of the site will be maintained.
- All city inspections will be handled in a timely and professional manner.
Post Construction – Final Touches
- We will do a walk through with the Owner to identify a final punch list of items to finish.
- Final Payment will be submitted after final customer approval.
- A Review for customer comments will be submitted to the Owner for feedback.
