This homeowner was living with a master bath and closet that they were not happy with. It was small and the doors intersected with one another and the cabinets were not set up conveniently. They wanted to be the first one to start the demo with a large sledge hammer!
A number of options were discussed, and an architectural plan
was drawn up that suited their needs.
There was a convenient space where an addition could go that would match up with the house and it worked out well for the closet area. The remaining area floor plan was completely changed by removing and adding walls where needed. The access to the master bedroom was changed as well to make better use of the space. A floor heating system was installed under the floor tile with a thermostat to keep the tile floor warm in the cold part of the year. On the exterior, the AC and pool equipment was moved to a better location up against the house to make the back yard more visually appealing. The pictures speak for themselves about how well this project turned out.
